| [quote="presstech"]Should we include Canon in the list? They have been promoting the ImagePRESS lately. As you've said Sir Presstek. They are still promoting. Do they have Machines in Field? How Many? While the three are already in Field populating the Market. |

| I prefered HP Indigo, bec. this is really the digital offset press. Unlike toner, Indigo can be UV laminated. 2nd choice is the OCE which has a wide gamut, wider than Canon Imagepress and FX. If support is taken into account, I prefer still Indigo, then FX, Canon would be my last choice. |

| Para sa akin Fuji Xerox, PLUS yung technical support. Sa HP, Minolta, at Canon kamusta technical support nila? Share n'yo naman experience n'yo.

| Canon? Don't even bother to waste you time in visiting their showroom. They have the worst after sales support. I have acquired several machines from Canon many years ago, we had a contract in which they will supply the consumables (toners, parts and service, excluding paper). During the first year service was still good but on the second year their service started slowing down from a 1-2 hours response time, it became 1-2 days and not only that, they usually say no available parts. I even have one unit that has a recurring problem that they cannot fix. So the bottom line is avoid canon Machines. Get Fuji xerox, they have excellent service support and better quality prints. |

| Among the three contenders, I would give my praise to HP for its superb printing quality. But if we look into other factors affecting consumers buying decision, Fuji Xerox will have my vote because it has an excellent quality and the investment price is a lot lower compared to HP indigo. I can not speak for Konica Minolta for I have not tried using that machine but i've heard It's not that good. |

| Canon to acquire Océ. Pero ang production ng Canon large format printers will be handled by Océ later on. Mukhang okay ito kasi mas may track record ang Océ lalo na sa digital presses nila. Pero kung ganyan lang din ang support ng Canon sa Pinas...sayang naman ang efforts ng merger. My thoughts lang. _________________ A reminder to politicians all over the world ... | HP Indigo is now distributed by Nord Screen but the Graphic Sales support team will stay. Two months ago, ATI prematurely announced that they will be carrying HP Indigo when news leaked that the distributorship will be pulled out from GSCI. Share your thoughts about this transfer, pros and cons. Thank you. |
