I heard that the lines(lpi) for screen printing is best between 35 to 85. Is this true? or is there 1 basic lpi for screen printing? or does it vary from tshirt to plastic etc..?

I would assume that the screen resolution would vary depending on the material to be printed, just like in offset printing. The resolution for t-shirt printing would probably be lower than that for plastic printing.

This is just my opinion; since I do not have much experience in silk screen printing. Rolling Eyes

Depends kung ano ang product mo. Better to buy the ISO 12647-5 document (screen printing standards) from http://www.iso.org/iso/iso_catalogue/catalogue_tc/catalogue_detail.htm?csnumber=25436.
