PostSubject: Who's into color separation here?   Tue Apr 27, 2010 5:48 pm

Just wondering, almost monthly kasi may bagong nagbubukas. And everytime may nagbubukas na bago, bumabagsak din presyo... No It's good naman that we are growing but are we really growing healthy?

I don't really know why Im starting this thread.

This reminds me of the large format printing business.

Crying or Very sad

you're right sir presstech. and it is very saddening din how some started. Starting under the nose of their current employers, siphoning first their account data base, pirating their staff and leave their employer alone. Parang wala ng Loyalty, Trust or Respect... nakaka-bahala din for all employers who has a sales team. we're suppose to trust them but with the current trend...magda-dalawang isip ka na sa tao mo. Neutral

Loyalty, trust or respect? Employers need to earn them from their employee. Hindi 'yan basta-basta nakukuha. At lalong hindi basta-basta ibinibigay ng empleyado.

na-mis-interpret mo ata ako sir alex. Baliktad ka ata.

What I mean is, some people who are starting also came from the same field. problem is pumapasok pa sila, nagsisimula na pala yun sarili nyang office.

btw, employer trusted their employee from the moment they are hired, otherwise, he/she will not be hired. peace Surprised

Pag niloko mo ang aral na tao....you'll see him in court.

you're right sir larry, Mutual Respect. I myself as an employer respect my staff regardless of aral siya o hindi, i treat them equally. What Im pointing out is, yun mga empleyado na nirespeto, trinato naman ng employer ng maayos, pero nagawa pa din lokohin employer niya. it happened to me before, I hired him with high respect because of his abilities, but in the end, under my nose, nagtatayo na pala sya ng sarili niya. Good thing, I have a very Loyal staffs who tips me off bago niya pa na-access database namin. To my friend, he did'nt know, kaya ayun, iniwan sya, bitbit database niya, kasama ilang mga tao niya. while he treated them well, very well in fact.

I cannot blame you papaMON because this is really happening.

Going back to your original post, tama si presstech, bagsak ang presyo kasi madaming nag o-offer ng colorsep ngayon.

Oh well, that's capitalism at work! If I were in your place, I'll be happy for him. You see, no matter how well you treat your employees, at the end of the day, it's the bottom line that matters.

BTW, when you hired someone it doesn't follows he/she trusted you.

mukhang mas bibigat pa ang competition with the entry
of CTP.

Sa ngayon maybe they survive pero how long or how long do service bureau will survive kung magbagsak sila ng price.
To earn 100k income in a service bureau you have atleast 500k or 600k of sales per month, so kung gusto mong kumita
So bagsak presyo ang solution nila.

I think the problem of bagsak presyo exists in almost all industries and not only on the color separation business. I does not really matter whether the machines are owned, rented or financed.

In the printing business, bagsak presyo is really a challenge, especially for big jobs. There are times that the competitors gives a price that seems to be impossible to make a profit on. Maybe, they have a secret that we don't know. Could they be importing their own paper? Maybe they have a higher production efficiency. If they price their products at a loss, then we have nothing to worry about; because eventually they will close shop. If they don't close, then it means that they are making a profit.

Ganyan talaga ang negosyo Pards.
